Terms of Service

By accessing or using agentc.sh, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

This service is operated by:

Tim Pogue, operating as agentc.sh

3. Description of Service

agentc.sh provides:

  • Marketing and informational content
  • Documentation for the agentc project
  • Access to restricted content via access tokens

Access to certain areas may be limited and require authorization.

4. Access and Authentication

Certain parts of the service may require an access token.

You agree:

  • Not to share your access token
  • Not to attempt to bypass access controls
  • To use the service only as authorized

We may grant, deny, or revoke access at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws
  • Abuse, exploit, or misuse the service

All content, software, and materials provided through the service are owned by us or our licensors.

No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

  • Any damages arising from your use of the service

Our total liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of any law or third party rights
